How It Works

  • Following initial contact by phone or email, we will contact you by phone to discuss your requirements, specifically the venue; the subject matter to be photographed; and the time and date best suited to you, the client. We will then advise you of the most appropriate solution to meet your requirements and agree a price for the commission.

  • On the day of the commission we will arrive on site and set up our mast and photographic equipment in an agreed location.

  • The 26m (85ft) vehicle mounted telescopic mast is deployed and erected pneumatically. Alternatively, the 15m (50ft) fully portable mast mounted on a tripod will be used where access restrictions dictate.

  • Once erected, we then have complete control over the 14.7 megapixel camera mounted on the top of the mast, and are able to rotate, tilt and zoom as necessary to produce the precise image required. We can produce images from 2m high to 26m high and at any height in between to give a full 3 dimensional perspective to your images.

  • All images are viewed and controlled from ground level on a laptop computer using state-of-the-art software. You, as the client, are more than welcome to sit in on this process and be an active part of the image selection to ensure your requirements are fulfilled or alternatively you can allow us to take the most suitable images using our experience and expertise. Either way we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

  • Once the images have been captured, then our work on site is complete and our masts can be demobilised. Our images can be transferred to CD and presented to you on site, or can be digitally edited in our studio, and forwarded by email, usually within 24 hours.

  • All images can be printed and framed for an additional charge. We can produce any size of print from A4 to large portrait sized canvasses.
